Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Certified Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of licensed physical therapists to help patients recover from injuries, illnesses, and surgeries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed physical therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients
- Help patients perform exercises and activities to improve their strength, flexibility, and range of motion
- Monitor patients\' progress and report any changes to the physical therapist
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and activities they can do at home to aid in their recovery
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Clean and maintain equipment and treatment areas
