To be a successful Compensation & Benefits Manager you must become able to do the following always:
- Administer company benefits and wellness programs and contribute to the creation and maintenance of the Companys Compensation Plan. Coordinate open enrollment.Research and recommend annual enhancements or other changes to Company compensation and benefit package. Train and educate employees on company offered benefits.
- Oversee and assist with unemployment, FMLA, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Short and Long-Term Disability and provide requested data to benefit providers and the Bureau of Labor Statistics
- Responsible for providing wage calcs, maintaining the Company wage schedule, and working with HR Coordinators on employment offers.
- Human Resources Information System (HRIS) lead including implementation, assistance, and maintenance.
- Provide direct supervision and support of supervisees utilizing the Company model for supervision, Supervision for Success.
- Follow Company Policy and Procedure and operate according to the Companys Program Practice Guidelines.
