Aerotek Concrete Technician in Newton, Kansas

Description:

  • One year experience in a production environment is preferred; we are willing to train.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with hand tools, power tools, compressed air tools, etc.

  • Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision at times.

  • Must have a good attendance record and be passionate about working in a safe manner.

  • Must be able to work well in a team environment.

Skills:

concrete forms, rebar, Concrete, Construction, Carpentry, Concrete finishing, Finisher, hand tools

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Ability to read a tape measure and blueprints.

  • Carpentry - Woodwork

  • placing concrete, tying rebar

  • setting forms (different than what they would be use to)

  • pouring concrete

  • running stingers/vibrators

  • Manual labor/physical work
