In this role, you will provide professional nursing care to patients which includes the comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs, planning, coordination, teaching, counseling, and direct physical care. Your skills in evaluating patient response and progress toward outcomes will be used daily and are an essential aspect of the care you will give. You will assist others in proving care and function as a member of the interdisciplinary team.
