We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist in Olathe, Kansas, United States. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring all invoices are accurately coded and processed, maintaining account reconciliation, and handling data entry tasks. This role is within the industry and requires a meticulous approach to maintaining customer credit records and managing check runs.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately code invoices for processing
• Conduct account reconciliation tasks
• Manage and process check runs
• Enter data efficiently and accurately
• Maintain precise customer credit records

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various tasks
• Operate AS400 system for specific duties
Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable (AP)
• Ability to conduct Check Runs efficiently
• Experience in Coding Invoices
• High speed and accuracy in Data Entry
• Expertise in Invoice Processing
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with AS400 system
