Aerotek Assembly Associate 2ND SHIFT 18.50/hr in Olathe, Kansas
Assembly Openings! Can start ASAP!
Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday - Thursday) 3:45pm-2:15am
Pay: $17.50 after 90 days go up to 18.50$
Description:
Contractor will be working on a team of 5-10 people on an assembly line stretching vinyl seat covers over foam molds for seats. The position will require a LOT of hand dexterity and will be pulling/tugging fabric repetitively, ideally able to lift 30+ pounds regularly, but anything over that they have a lift for. Will be moving seats from the assembly line to the pallets once they're done assembling the seats.
Most of their seats go to Kubota tractors or the lawn mowing industry. Will be working with drills, glue guns, heat/steam guns, staple guns, etc.
Benefits:
They want to convert candidates at the 90 day mark. They will also give you a $1 raise once converted to a direct employee PLUS a performance review so you will earn 2 raise bumps upon conversion
They also count your time on contract for their benefits so once you become a direct employee you will have benefits from day 1 of being perm.
