General Responsibilities:

Business Analysts, document and analyze business processes, gather requirements, and support the effective deployment of Oracle ERP solutions. Business Analysts work closely with process owners and stakeholders across various departments (finance, projects and HCM) and operations to ensure the ERP system is aligned with business needs and objectives.

​​​ Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business process owners and collaborate with stakeholders to identify, document, and validate business requirements and processes related to the Oracle ERP system.

  • Participate in interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather detailed business and technical requirements.

  • Map business processes and identify areas for improvement to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

  • Create comprehensive documentation including business process models, functional specifications, user stories, and system requirements.

  • Assist in business reviews, presentations, and reporting related to the Oracle ERP system.

  • Develop and maintain user manuals, training materials, and process documentation for end-users and system administrators.

  • Work with process owners and system integrator to develop and execute test cases and scenarios to validate the functionality of the Oracle ERP system against business requirements.

  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and document feedback for system enhancements or corrections.

  • Assist in the development and delivery of training sessions for end-users and key stakeholders.

  • Provide ongoing support to users during and after the implementation phase to ensure smooth transition and adoption.

  • Work with program management to track and report on project progress, highlighting any risks or issues that may impact the implementation timeline.

  • Follow safety rules, guidelines and standards for all projects. Participate in pre-task planning. Report any safety issues or concerns to management.

  • Maintain quality standards on all projects.

  • Perform other various duties assigned by Supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field and 2 years’ related experience. Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 6 years’ related experience.

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst working with ERP systems, particularly Oracle Cloud Fusion.

  • Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, process documentation, and functional analysis.

  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and their impact on business processes.

  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.

  • Excellent documentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to various stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.

  • A valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.
