Job Title: Construction General Laborer
Job Description
We are a full-service concrete company specializing in foundation, flatwork, and decorative work. We are seeking dedicated and hardworking laborers to join our team. If you have a passion for construction and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities
Start work around 6am and continue until finish (usually between 4pm-6pm)
Meet at the shop in Olathe at the start of the day and carpool to various job sites
Participate in an orientation on the first day; note that the first day may not be a full shift
Perform heavy lifting and physical labor tasks
Use hand tools and power tools as required
Follow instructions accurately and maintain strong attention to detail
Essential Skills
1-2 years of previous experience in a construction general laborer role
Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor tasks
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in operating forklifts, gradalls, or other lifts is a plus but not required
Blueprint reading
OSHA 10 certification
Gyp-crete experience
Equipment operating

Work Environment
The work environment is half outdoors and half indoors. You will start your day at the shop in Olathe and carpool to various job sites. The workday typically begins at 6am and ends between 4pm-6pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Olathe, Kansas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
