Job Title: Construction Laborer
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our team. The position involves working from 7am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with potential overtime depending on the project. The role includes performing general laborer tasks such as demolition, loading/unloading, digging, and clean-up to aid daily operations at a construction site. The primary goal is to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient construction site while supporting the overall project.
Responsibilities
Perform general labor tasks including demolition, loading/unloading, digging, and clean-up.
Support daily operations at the construction site.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Operate hand tools and power tools.
Assist with carpentry, concrete work, and forklift operations.
Follow safety protocols and procedures.
Essential Skills
3+ years of experience in a commercial or large residential job setting.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and small machinery.
Knowledge of construction safety precautions.
OSHA 10 certification is a plus.
Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, scissor lift, scaffolding, loading, lifting, tape measure, hammer, and saw.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Familiarity with field concepts, practices, and procedures.
Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Ability to pass drug screen, physical capacity profile, and E-Verify.
Reliable transportation to and from work.

The work environment involves working outside in various weather conditions and near moving mechanical parts. You may also work in high, precarious places and occasionally be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions. The noise level is usually moderate. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
