Calling All Electrical Engineering New Grads! Join our team and make an impact in the telecom industry!
As a Design Engineer I , you'll dive into exciting telecommunication projects, such as inspecting poles, analyzing loads, and figuring out make-ready work for aerial setups. You'll use tools like GIS and GPS software to gather surface features and assist with the initial layout of fiber networks. Your problem-solving skills will come in handy as you spot obstacles and come up with solutions for construction projects. You'll also apply the right industry codes, standards, and regulations, and keep everyone updated on progress during project team calls.
This is a remote position. While we'd love to find someone near Huntsville, AL, Olathe, KS, or Kansas City, MS to be closer to the local team, it's not a requirement.
In this role, you are enabled to be at the forefront of integrating artificial intelligence (AI) and utilizing tools such as, Microsoft Copilot, bespoke AI workflow tools, and an IT team dedicated to continuous improvement and innovation to enhance our operations and drive efficiency. All employees can engage with the Digital Transformation Team to support the integration of new tools and following employee ideas to drive success for the business.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related from an accredited institution.

Benefits & Salary: This position pays between $71,000 - $80,000 annually depending on experience and is an exempt position.
Benefits offered include company sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually.
Full time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours.
May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company
