Position Description: The Director of Employer and Provider Engagement is a public facing role who oversees the growth of OHSI/OHPI services, including but not limited to programs such as Occupational Wellness, Enhanced Primary Care, and Executive Wellness to support local employers and their employees' needs, Worker's Compensation insurers, third party administrators, and managed care organizations. The Director leads the development of program standards and outcome measures and ensures service excellence across the Olathe Health enterprise. The Director is responsible for establishing and achieving annual financial, client acquisition and retention, and quality measures for programs for Occupational Wellness. Additionally, the Director will oversee provider recruitment, onboarding and govern the recruitment plan for OHPI, RHC, and OHSI; also manages short-term plans for provider coverage needs such as locums. In conjunction with the OHPI leadership team, the Director develops strong communication networking among Primary Care and Specialists and will increase physician/hospital relationships. The Director works effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve Olathe Health and Olathe Health Physicians' goals and objectives. The Director will monitor and improve external and internal customer/patient experience metrics. The Director supports the mission, vision, and core values of Olathe Health, OHPI, and the clients served by the program.

Position Requirements:


4 Year / Bachelors Degree required

Experience: More than 5 Years Healthcare Experience required Previous Healthcare Management experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills: Ability to Multi Task and Prioritize, Analytical, Mathematical, Organizational, Verbal Communication and Budgetary & Fiscal Mgmt skills required.
