Job Title: Electrical Engineer
Job Description
Seeking a proven Electrical Engineer to plan and implement new programs and products into production efficiently and cost-effectively. This role involves providing technical support to the production team, identifying and justifying new technological needs, and leading continuous improvement activities. The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating and modifying work instructions, drafting tooling and manufacturing requirements, and developing risk reduction plans for manufacturing processes.
Hard Skills
Product Failure Effects Mode Analysis (PFEMA) and Design Failure Effects Mode Analysis
Lean and Six Sigma principles
Experience in tooling and manufacturing requirements
Ability to create and modify work instructions and operating procedures
Soft Skills
Leadership for continuous improvement activities.
This role requires collaboration with the Design Engineering and Production teams to develop and improve manufacturing processes.
Effective utilization of Training Within Industry (TWI) and Job Instructions.
Strong technical support skills.
Excellent risk management skills, ability to implement operational changes.
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Johnson County.
