Job Title:

Electronic Banking Client Service Officer (Hybrid Eligible: AZ, KS, MO, NM)

Job Description:

Summary:

Receive and resolve inbound customer calls, emails, and online banking messages regarding all electronic banking needs, including Treasury Management product support. Provides operational support to lobby and bank staff with online banking functions and resolving client requests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to heavy call volumes, addressing all customer needs or issues

  • Respond to email and online banking message inquiries

  • Assist clients with any and all online banking needs including Treasury Management product support

  • Assist clients with processing ACH transactions, Wires, P2P payments, Bill Payment, Positive Pay, Remote Deposits, Debit Card Inquiries, and Transaction Disputes

  • Respond to and address various system technical issues

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Strong commitment to customer service

  • Excellent verbal, written and telephone communication skills

  • Ability to communicate and cooperate in a team environment to produce needed outcomes and meet goals

  • Detail-oriented

  • Demonstrate flexibility, versatility, commitment and good judgement

  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Initiative to solve client issues, utilizing vendors and manuals

  • Able to perform job duties while in a virtual environment

  • Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None

Education and/or Experience:

  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in the financial services industry or a combination of relevant experience

  • Previous banking experience preferred

  • High school diploma or general education degree

Computer and Software Skills:

  • Skilled in operation of a personal computer and mobile devices

  • Microsoft Office

  • Google Mail

  • Google Suite

  • Proficiency in navigating multiple banking systems

  • None
