They will be doing 99% welding on hot-rolled steel, but may involve some aluminum and stainless. There may be a 1-off project they will do, but not primarily.
If they want to work overtime, they can come in an hour before their shift starts
THE MOST IMPORTANT SKILLS:
They need to be able to read blueprints, weld symbols and fit and weld units from prints.
2nd Shift: 4PM - 1AM, Mon-Fri
