Responsibilities

· Setup, configure, and deploy laptop and desktop computers to employees.

· Support and maintain all laptop and desktop hardware and software platforms.

· Troubleshoot connectivity issues across a variety of technologies (LAN/VPN/Broadband/Wireless).

· Support client security standards (anti-virus/anti-spam/firewall/patching/network access).

· Initiate, track, and resolve service requests.

· Create and maintain user account information (including access rights and group memberships).

· Maintain passwords, data integrity, system access, and security for desktop technologies.

· Usage and management of network monitoring systems.

· Usage of network management and troubleshooting tools such as SSH, Telnet, Ping, Traceroute, etc.

Qualifications

· Basic understanding of supporting Windows 11 and 10.

· Knowledge of basic Active Directory administration and Microsoft Entra ID and Intune management.

· Basic DNS and DHCP knowledge and troubleshooting capabilities.

· Analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

· Excellent oral and written communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work as part of a team and effectively prioritize workload.

· Basic understanding of network, IP addressing, and subnetting.
