Actalent Landscape Architect in Olathe, Kansas
Description:
Actalent is seeking a Landscape Architect that has a passion for working on park projects and wants to work in a fast pace and fun environment. Must be able to get license in the next year and have experience working on commercial landscape projects.
Develop progress sets and completed construction documents and specifications from conceptual hand-drawn sketches & scans.
Accurately provide cost estimates for projects from the starting stages of a project through bidding
Manage productions tasks
Manage project from the proposal through construction administration at a variety of scales and budgets
Procure new clients or develop new client relationships
Participate in design charrettes to contribute to an overall design direction
Work on projects within Revit or AutoCAD
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor or Masters in Landscape Architecture
4-10+ years in commercial landscape architecture
PLA or close to getting PLA preferred
Proficient in Revit
Knowledge in AutoCAD
