Actalent Landscape Architect in Olathe, Kansas
Description:
-Develop progress sets and completed construction documents and specifications from conceptual hand-drawn sketches & scans.
-Accurately provide cost estimates for projects from the beginning stages of a project through bidding
-Manage productions tasks
-Manage project from the proposal through construction administration at a variety of scales and budgets
-Procure new clients or develop new client relationships
-Participate in design charrettes to contribute to an overall design direction

Autocad, Sketchup, Project planning, Landscape design, Landscape architecture, Design, Land development, Site development, Land planning
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
-Degree in Landscape architecture
-4-10+ years of relevant experience
-PLA (preferred)
