RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the safe maintenance, repair and/or replacement of building equipment and vehicles for Transdev's local site
Major Responsibilities:
Manage the plan development and performance review of local building site
Initiate, implement and manage the plant maintenance program based on best practices in the transportation industry
Prepare reports, analyze data and make recommendations for improvements to building and/or vehicles
Monitor operation of building equipment and systems
Initiates and implements projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs
Maintains and updates operating and training materials for the local site
Maintains safety, health and environmental policies and procedures
Ensures all maintenance technicians are trained on current operating procedures
Ensures that maintenance technicians are adequately trained, equipped and motivated so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner
Education/Licenses: Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience and skills required:
Minimum three (3) years Building and Maintenance experience required
Proven Supervisory Skills
Proven time management and organizational skills
Strong attention to details
Work Conditions and physical Requirements:
Work extended hours regularly, including both holidays and weekends in accordance with business needs
Able to board vehicles in order to inspect vehicle conditions
Work environment includes office, airport, transit facility, maintenance facility, and transit vehicles
Must be able to sit long periods of time while traveling
