Materials Management Analyst II

As a Materials Management Analyst II here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the materials management process. Your primary objectives will include ensuring timely delivery of materials, optimizing inventory levels, and reducing costs. You will use your analytical skills and knowledge of materials management systems to drive efficiency and improve supply chain performance. You will report directly to our Materials Management Manager, and you'll work out of our Olathe, KS location. In this role, you will impact the company's bottom line by optimizing inventory levels, reducing operational expenses, and ensuring a constant flow of materials for production.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze materials demand and forecast to ensure timely delivery of materials

• Optimize inventory levels to minimize excess or obsolete stock

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain efficiency

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices

• Utilize materials management software and systems to track and manage inventory

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTSDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.YOU MUST HAVE

• 1+ years of experience in materials management or a related field

• 1+ years of experience with materials management software and systems such as SAP or other ERP systems

• Some experience with statistics and data analysis

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field

• Experience in optimizing inventory levels and reducing costs

• Knowledge of materials management best practices

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
