Job Summary:
We welcome you to join the Patient Access team as a Patient Access Representative . You will be r esponsible for completion of front office tasks ensuring smooth and efficient patient flow and quality customer service. Tasks include greeting patients, verifying and updating patient information, scheduling and cancelling patient appointments, completing appointment reminder calls, answering phone, routing phone calls, collecting account copays and outstanding account balances, balancing of collected payments, reconciliation of appointments, and filing/scanning/copying documents and/or forms.

Minimum Requirements:
High School or GED Minimum
Any Job Related Experience Minimum
Previous Healthcare Experience Preferred
