TRUCK BREAKDOWN COORDINATOR
As aTruck Breakdown Coordinator,you will play a critical role in managing the workflow, communication & documentation associated with Fleet Maintenance and Service. Your position as a Truck Breakdown Coordinator will ensure smooth day to day operation by prioritizing repairs and service.
- Answer inbound breakdown Truck and Trailer repair calls and schedule repairs.
- Monitor and track the progress of service calls to ensure timely completion.
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on technician arrival times and any delays.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, including customer information, technician assignments and job details.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in data entry & computer systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy in record keeping.
- This position does require taking calls and dispatching after hours on a rotating basis.
