Job Title: Uploader
Location: Olathe, Kansas | 100% Onsite
Hours: Monday - Friday | 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Pay: $18.00/hourly
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Uploader to join our team. As an uploader you will be responsible for uploading customers invoices into various different platforms. This role is an entry level, we are looking for people that are self-driven, pay close attention to detail, and can be trusted to perform on their own. This is not a position that has a lot of interaction from others. The ideal candidate will definitely be someone that is looking more for data entry and are rather introverted. Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for verifying and processing daily invoices
Check job tickets for description of work completed, extra parts used on the job, and required paperwork
Processes billing transactions in a timely and productive manner
Ensure all job labor is costed and billed correctly on each job ticket
Audit job costs to assure costing is in line with the billed amount
Meets production goals and month end processing requirements
Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
Must have strong attention to detail
Need to be able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills
1-3 years office experience
Accounts Payable or Receivable experience preferred
