Position Summary...
What you'll do...
What you'll do
Communicate Effectively: Engage with individuals or groups verbally and in writing, including customers, suppliers, and associates.
Implement Business Plans: Manage staffing and scheduling, assign duties, and coordinate workloads to achieve facility goals.
Manage HR Office: Oversee daily administrative functions, including benefits, hiring/transfers, terminations, and payroll. Execute and refine recruiting and staffing initiatives, and address employment-related concerns.
Ensure Compliance: Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and proper maintenance of HR documents. Implement and ensure compliance with HR systems applications.
Maintain Quality and Safety Standards: Train associates on logistics and company policies, standards, and procedures. Monitor compliance and maintain supporting documentation.
Resolve Issues: Identify concerns from associates, customers, and suppliers. Consult with others to determine corrective actions or make recommendations.
Supervise and Develop Team: Assign duties, coordinate workloads, monitor performance, provide feedback, and model company policies and procedures. Identify training and development needs, and participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation.

Are Customer/Member Centered: Review customer/member-focused data and adjust performance. Promote and support efforts to exceed customer/member expectations.
Use Appropriate Judgment: Identify and apply policies and procedures to make informed decisions. Use data and evidence to determine causes of problems and develop solutions.
Manage Execution and Results: Hold associates accountable for completing work within expectations. Plan and manage time based on business priorities and ensure timely completion of work.
Plan and Pursue Team-Based Improvement: Align planning with organizational initiatives. Set realistic timelines for goals and improve work processes.
Communicate and Influence: Build trusting relationships and alliances. Share clear, up-to-date information on business plans and priorities.
Ensure Ethics and Compliance: Instruct associates on policies and procedures, and support their efforts. Enforce compliance and administer appropriate consequences for ethical issues.
Quickly Adapt: Demonstrate creativity and strength in the face of change and adversity. Update knowledge and skills to handle new challenges.
Manage Talent Effectively: Provide specific, honest, and timely feedback. Recruit, hire, and develop associates to meet business requirements.
Demonstrate HR Office Knowledge: Ensure adherence to HR office procedures and company standards. Respond appropriately to customer, compliance, and operational issues.

The annual salary range for this position is $50,000.00-$100,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR 2 years Walmart Logistics management experience OR 2 years supervisory experience, including 1 year experience managing human resource processes OR 1 year Walmart Stores, Inc. Human Resources experience.
