We are offering an opportunity for an experienced WMS/Supply Chain-Senior Analyst to join our team in the machinery manufacturing industry. This position is based in Olathe, Kansas, and will involve taking charge of the warehouse management system, processes, and team.

They are seeking an experienced WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (WMS) - SENIOR ANALYST to join their team. You will have oversight and be able to make a direct impact on the warehouse management system, processes, and people. In this role you will bring your multi-faceted skills and experience in all things warehouse management system knowledge. You will be able to DRIVE, IMPROVE, and INNOVATE new processes by doing data analysis and optimizing the warehouse system. Anything from orders, inventory, and shipping to managing projects and collaborating with IT and the Warehouse Operations teams.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze and optimize the warehouse management system to drive improvement and innovation in our processes.
• Manage both customer orders and inventory, ensuring efficient operation and accuracy.
• Develop, debug, automate, and support solutions within the warehouse management system.
• Collaborate closely with the IT and Warehouse Operations teams to manage projects and improve system effectiveness.
• Provide direct interaction with all enterprise senior and executive leadership, offering recommendations and advice on short term and long term initiatives.
• Design, develop, and implement solutions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the WMS systems.
• Take responsibility for shipping operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Use your knowledge of supply chain management to enhance our operations and processes.
• Play a key role in business process functions within the warehouse environment.
• Utilize your strong understanding of WMS to ensure our warehouse operations are streamlined and efficient.

Requirements • Must possess in-depth knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Proficient in managing Supply Chain operations
• Proven experience in the Machinery Manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of Business Process Functions
• Ability to analyze and improve warehouse management processes
• Must be able to collaborate effectively with various teams
• Must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills are required
• Proficient in data analysis and report generation
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is necessary
• Experience with project management is preferred
• Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proactive and able to work independently when required
