Consulting Development Program (CDP):
CDP provides a unique opportunity to access projects across different industries and build skills in consulting and new technologies.
Deliver new technologies and unique business solutions to world class clients.
Provide management support and analyze/improve business processes.
Develop change management and organizational strategies.
Build front-end solutions or design and implement software.
Use quantitative methods and statistical models to create insights, patterns, and outcomes from data.
Combine Artificial Intelligence (AI) with data, analytics, and automation under a strategic vision to scale AI and transform business—across every function and process.
The work location for this role can include a mix of working remotely and working onsite with our clients and partners or in our offices and delivery centers to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

Job Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in any major and a minimum of 4 years as an Active Duty Commissioned or Non-Commissioned Officer in the US Armed Forces (Other than dishonorable discharge from any branch of the US Armed Forces)
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in essential consulting skills, including expertise in business processes, organizational strategies, project management, and a keen interest in technology.
Demonstrated capability to adapt swiftly and confidently in the face of change, effectively engage and empower team members to achieve shared objectives, proactively seek out solutions and drive results, and consistently follow through on commitments. Additionally, possessing the discernment to recognize when to seek assistance when needed.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, development program, role, and skill set. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York State (including Albany County, NY and New York City), California, Colorado, or Washington as set forth below. The starting pay for this role is $79,900- $108,500 (or $38.42hr - $52.17hr).
