A day in the life.

As our Account Manager on the Personal Insurance team, you\'ll assist in the development of the Personal Insurance department through the growth of new business and retention by providing prompt, accurate, professional service and sales to Senior Account Managers, clients, producers and carriers.

Our future colleague.

We\'d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

• High school diploma or general education degree; some college or higher education preferred;
• 2 years\' experience in insurance with strong client service skill
• MO or IL Property & Casualty Producer\'s license required
• CIC, CPCU, or CISR designation preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills..
• Strong problem solving skills.

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
