You Are:
Accenture’s Infrastructure Engineering professionals partner with our clients to advise, create, and deploy end-to-end infrastructure transformation solutions, enabling business innovation. These solutions are the backbone of driving IT-enabled differentiation. IE professionals are grounded in New-IT with an expertise in one or more of our core practice areas: Workplace and Collaboration, Network Technology, Service Management, Hybrid Cloud, Public Cloud, and traditional Data Center.
The Work:
Create advanced systems to monitor and analyze performance, detect issues, and provide real-time insights with AI and machine learning capabilities.
Create and implement plans to improve scalability, resilience, and efficiency in hybrid and multi-cloud setups by using automation, monitoring, and strong security measures for smooth, high-performing, and compliant systems.
Create and implement plans to improve cloud operations, manage infrastructure, boost application performance, streamline DevOps, enhance security, optimize networks, and support MLOps and LLMOps.
Use supervised learning models for predictive analytics by cleaning data, linking events, and finding root causes to create useful insights that help resolve issues quickly and improve system performance.
Use AI and machine learning models to automate fixing issues, improving performance, and scaling infrastructure, which decreases the time it takes to detect and resolve problems.
Create and use IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL frameworks to manage incidents, problems, changes, and service levels, making operations smoother and services more reliable.
Develop strong security systems that include Cloud Native Application Protection Platforms (CNAPP), Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), and fully automated DevSecOps processes to meet regulatory requirements and keep multi-cloud environments secure.
Design and deploy High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions using distributed architectures, multi-zone redundancy, data replication, and automated failover, ensuring minimal service disruption and business continuity in multi-region deployments.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here’s What You Need:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in designing and scaling large IT projects using the latest technology in hybrid, multi-cloud, and on-premises environments, with at least 3 years in a similar AIOps role.
Minimum of 3 years of experience leading technical teams as a solution architect, managing hybrid cloud solutions across various cloud platforms.
Successfully led minimum of 2 complex projects from design to deployment, managing diverse teams and multi-vendor coordination to align with business goals.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in integrating AI/ML models for better monitoring, incident response, and predictive maintenance.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in emerging technologies like AI-enhanced operations, automation frameworks, and cloud-native security to improve system efficiency.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience).
Bonus Points If:
You have external client-facing consulting experience
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
