Job Summary and Qualifications
Under the guidelines established in cooperation between the Director Surgical Services and the Chief of Anesthesia, supports the clinical activities of the anesthesia care givers. Demonstrates technical knowledge and skill related to anesthesia supplies and equipment. Maintains inventory of anesthesia supplies in all anesthesia locations, including, but not limited to OR, labor and delivery, radiology, cardiology. Works closely with GE related to anesthesia equipment maintenance and repairs. Works under the direction of the OR Nurse Manager or her designee.
What qualifications you will need:
Basic Cardiac Life Support required within 30 days of hire and maintained
Associate Degree preferred
High School Graduate or equivalent required
6 months to 1 year in a health care setting
Experience in respiratory or surgical setting preferred
