Aston Carter Billing Specialist in OVERLAND PARK, Kansas
Description:
The Billing Specialist will follow up on requisitions with missing information (billing information) and process the payments. The main qualifications are great customer service skills, customer service experience with outbound calling and following up with clients, processing payments using Waystar and being organized.
Qualifications: Excellent reading and writing skills. Professional verbal and written communication skills and phone etiquette. Minimum of one year of phone customer service experience. Must be computer savvy and have experience using multiple computer systems. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly familiarize himself/herself with the new portal and be patient explaining our clients on how to use it – applicants with experience in training users desirable.
