Oracle Business Analyst 4-Ops in Overland Park, Kansas

Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization*s financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.

Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 8 plus years relevant work experience.

This is a remote/office based position which may be performed anywhere in the United States except for within the state of Colorado.

Experienced Sales Operations Leader skilled in all aspects of commercial sales operations, including planning and budgeting, people development and support, process re-engineering and supporting automation implementation, and reporting and analysis. Highly proficient in executive and field communications, program and process development, team management and project management.

  • Assess & Devise Impactful Sales Initiatives - Constantly assess all facets of the business and devise initiatives to impact sales performance in conjunction with the extended team

  • Execute Operational Cadence- Drive execution of the long term sales strategy and on-going operational cadence, extending the capacity of Sales Leadership

-Provides analysis, advice, and insight to management in the areas of operations, resource management, finance, revenue accounting, pricing, and/or contracts. May also be responsible for administration, knowledge management, and/or communications.

-Develops segment specific monitor metrics to measure and monitor key performance indicators

-Performs competitive analysis.

-Directs and ensures the implementation of operational policies through subordinate managers and business analysts.

-Interacts internally and externally with executive management, providing negotiation of difficult matters to influence policy.

-Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and possible clients desired.

-Assists in the creation of division strategy and consults with senior management in providing direction to ensure growth and financial success.

-Proficiency with systems and tools including excel, PowerPoint for executive communication, sales cloud

Other duties to include:

Install Base Analysis including tracking, reporting, Qtr/Qtr analyses

Activity Reporting including both Rep & Install Base Account analyses

Weekly Pipeline Hygiene analysis and reporting

Sales Stage analysis

Pipeline Progression Tracking & Analysis

Pipeline Lead Gen & Source Tracking

Analyses to support SVP requests

Quarterly Bookings Reconciliation to ensure OSC matches Finance Closes report

Overall Pipeline Program development and managemen
