As the Business Development Director for Staffing Solutions, you will play a critical role in expanding our staffing offering. This position requires a deep understanding of the staffing industry, including temporary staffing, direct hire, and executive search. We are looking for an individual with a strong track record in business development, along with the ability to build and nurture relationships with clients.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities in the staffing industry, developing customized solutions for clients, and building a strong pipeline of potential clients. You will collaborate closely with our recruiting team to ensure the delivery of high-quality candidates that meet our clients' needs. Additionally, you will stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition to develop effective strategies for success.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities in the staffing industry and develop strategies to expand our client base

  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and customizing solutions to meet their requirements

  • Work closely with our recruiting team to ensure the delivery of high-quality candidates that align with clients' expectations

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform business development strategies

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build industry connections and promote our services

  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating our staffing solutions and value proposition

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field

  • Proven experience in business development within the staffing industry, with a focus on temporary staffing, direct hire, and executive search

  • Strong understanding of the staffing industry landscape, including market trends, best practices, and competition

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering revenue growth

  • Ability to develop creative and customized staffing solutions that meet clients' needs

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
