TheBusiness Systems Analystwill coordinate and work with cross functional teams to identify, define, document, and analyze existing business processes and coordinate and plan new risk process initiatives and will serveas liaison between various stakeholders and business teams.In addition, this role will develop recommendations and documentation for continuous improvement of current/future-state business processes to drive scalability through improved efficiencies that support our high growth strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures process improvement initiatives are aligned with strategic business goals
- Identifies, defines, documents, and analyzes existing business processes and drives continuous improvement for optimization, scalability, and transformation to improve operational efficiency, ease of use, and effectiveness
- Establishes and documents existing process maps including challenges and risks in process flows and performs detailed gap/impact analysis and makes recommendations for process improvement changes to design more scalable and efficient end-state business processes.

{=html} <!-- --> - Designs deliverable content (including workflow diagrams) to reflect analyses conducted and proposed recommendations. - Works with cross functional stakeholders to understand business processes and identify risks, challenges and opportunities for improved efficiencies. - Manage timelines, milestones and risks identified during the initial planning phase, throughout the implementation process and end-state deliverable - Coordinates and manages end to end test management activities, user interface objectives and needs, defect and gap analysis, leakage analysis etc. - Develops and coordinates project plans; manages special projects, communicates changes and progress; ensuring projects/initiatives are completed within committed time frames - Set and manages business stakeholder expectations around processes, project statuses and timelines.
Preferred Qualification:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent is a plus
- BPM or Lean Six Sigma certification helpful but not required
- At least 3 years of relevant experience as Business Analyst or similar role (ideally in transformation/automation areas)
- FormalBusiness Process Reengineering/Business Process Mgt (BPR/BPM) knowledge and experience is a plus
- Foundational knowledge of commercial business credit and consumer credit lending philosophies, strategies and policies experience is preferred
- Ability to formulate and articulate objective views based upon professional analysis
- Work effectively in a team environment, while assuming individual responsibility and ownership of tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Stron verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Strong Excel knowledge and proficiency with MS Word and PowerPoint and presentation skills
- An exceptional work ethic with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High performing contributor with ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sr leadership, product, technology, legal, compliance and enterprise risk teams
