ManpowerGroup CNC Machine Operator in Overland Park, Kansas
Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: CNC Machine Operator
Location: Overland Park, KS
Pay Range: $18 - $19
What's the Job?
Setting up and adjusting machines according to blueprints, and operating machines to shape, form, and cut metal.
Feeding material into machines manually or with material handling equipment.
Monitoring the machine's status to ensure it's functioning properly.
Adjusting machine settings for speed, cycle times, temperature, and feed rates.
Inspecting finished products by measuring, testing, and ensuring they meet specifications.
What's Needed?
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CNC Machine Operator.
Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on machinery.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills to document work and collaborate with team members.
Willingness to work Monday through Friday.
