Job Title: Corporate ControllerJob Description
The position reports to the CFO. The fundamental role of the Corporate Controller is to lead the accounting function to ensure accurate and timely accounting and financial reporting and to implement and maintain effective internal controls. The Corporate Controller will manage and develop a professional accounting staff. Responsibilities include coordination and oversight of the annual audit as well as required reporting under credit agreements. Responsibilities: • Manage all accounting and reporting functions including AP/AR, credit, and payroll. • Responsible for managing and continuously improving the month-end close, financial consolidation and reporting processes. • Ensure accurate and timely production of financial statements such as balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow and related supplementary reporting. • Create and maintain internal controls and related procedures. • Manage year-end audit process. • Oversee cash management and optimization of working capital. • Responsible for technical accounting, including review, research and documentation of accounting implications and assessment of the financial implications of new accounting pronouncements. • Prepare compliance certificates and any information required by lenders.

Will have 3 direct reports to start (AP, AR, FP&A Manager) - grow to 5-6 total from there. Report to CFO. New office feel, very spacious. Office to start with, eventual hybrid options in the future. Office located in OP. Business Casual environment.
