Job Description

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated Corporate Recruiter to partner with our technical leadership to attract diverse talent and ensure the continued success of our team.

As a Corporate Recruiter, you will collaborate with our technical leadership to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies. Your role will be pivotal in sourcing, attracting, and recruiting talent that aligns with our company's values, culture, and goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with technical leadership to develop and implement tailored recruiting strategies to meet specific talent needs

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, negotiating and extending offers, and onboarding coordination, ensuring a seamless candidate experience

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring an inclusive and positive recruitment process for all stakeholders

  • Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging diverse channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals

  • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, cultural alignment, and long-term potential within the company

  • Provide market insights and recruitment best practices to technical leadership, positioning yourself as a strategic partner in building a diverse and talented workforce

We have one position available and will consider candidates interested in working in our Omaha, NE, Overland Park, KS, or North Kansas City, MO office locations.

Qualifications

You bring to the team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related area preferred

  • Minimum three years of progressive full cycle recruiting experience

  • Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and decision-making skills

  • Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing tools

  • Pipelining and passive recruiting experience helpful
