Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with expertise in ETL processes, SQL, Azure Data Factory, and Power Queries to join our growing Data & Analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines, ensuring high-quality data integration and transformation to support business reporting and analytics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, troubleshoot data issues, and continuously optimize our data infrastructure.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • ETL Development & Maintenance:

    • Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines using SSIS and Azure Data Factory to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse and analytics platforms.
    • Create and maintain SQL queries to extract and transform data form various data sources.
  • Data Integration & Quality:

    • Work closely with data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement robust data solutions.
    • Monitor data quality and ensure data integrity throughout the ETL processes.
    • Identify and resolve data discrepancies, performance issues, and bottlenecks.
  • Reporting & Analysis:

    • Support business intelligence initiatives by preparing data extracts and performing ad hoc data analysis.
    • Collaborate with BI developers to design dashboards and reports that meet business needs.
  • Process Improvement:

    • Continuously review and improve ETL processes for scalability, efficiency, and reliability.
    • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data integration, cloud data services, and analytics.
  • Documentation & Collaboration:

    • Document ETL processes, data mappings, and technical specifications.
    • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
