Oracle Digital Marketing Manager in Overland Park, Kansas

Development of communication programs to promote Oracle's products & services.

Integrate advertising into the marketing campaigns, exercising judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques for best practice / creative solution. As a recognized authority and leading contributor maintain regular interface between the division and Corporate. Plan and manage pan-geography corporate and local campaign media plans. Plan, manage and implement corporate and local campaign advertising creative. Manage tier 2 local advertising and arrange sign off with Corporate. Integrate all advertising across the communications mix. Maintain and communicate brand advertising guidelines. Oversee partner advertising. Develop and manage brand communications audit. Measure advertising effectiveness.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 8 years relevant work experience. A proven track record in advertising across line-of-business and/or geography as an account manager, with experience of creative production and media buying.

This is a remote/office based position which may be performed anywhere in the United States except for within the state of Colorado.

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be instrumental in planning and implementing Oracle University’s digital marketing campaigns and activities. Your goal will be to help grow raise brand awareness and affinity, drive consumption, and increase engagement & loyalty for Oracle Univeristy.

Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, marketing operations, marketing technology, and integrated campaign management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, the ideal candidate will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. You will be part of a team of creative, quick-thinking, and resourceful marketers, who are laser focused on driving growth for Oracle University.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies across all marketing channels

  • Plan, execute, and measure a/b experiments and conversion tests

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

  • Manage and own the Oracle Email marketing solution Eloqua for Oracle University and support automation across outbound marketing channels

  • Support the end-to-end creation, execution and monitoring of outbound marketing campaigns using Eloqua

  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

  • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry

  • Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies

  • Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience and trackrecord as a digital marketing manager or similar role

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a digital marketing position

  • In-depth knowledge of various digital adversting and media platforms, best practices, and website analytics

  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS is desired, but not required

  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing

  • Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Maxymiser, Oracle Marketing Cloud, etc.) and web analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, tag management, etc.)

  • Strong experience using Eloqua or similar automated Email marketing platforms

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills

  • Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude

  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Business or related field
