The Director of Network Programs is responsible for implementing network programs and products, ensuring align with Optum and enterprise initiatives. Key responsibilities include analyzing network programs for performance and developing new products and programs, keeping the program on budget and delivered on time. Additionally, this role involves developing programs for provider onboarding, relationship management, provider data management; communicating with stakeholders, suggesting program improvements, and managing relationships with third-party vendors to ensure program success.

Primary Responsibilities:
Implement successful network programs and products
Structure communications between business, product and engineering teams to provide meaningful update on progress and reporting
Works with leadership to update budget each month
Gather and analyze data to support decision-making
Communicate and build relationships with stakeholders to ensure program effectiveness. Including collecting requirements and completing users stories
Suggest improvements to programs and networks to senior leadership
Coordinate implementation of communication and training materials
Coordinate the implementation of support structure
Manage relationships with third-party vendors to ensure program success
Manage team. Setting goals, tracking progress, completing touch points and annual reviews, etc.

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in healthcare network management, including managing technology system implementations
3+ years of leadership experience
Experience in managing relationships with third-party vendors and healthcare providers
Solid analytical skills with the ability to gather, validate, and analyze data
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce experience
Snowflake experience
Project Management experience
Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Agile skills development

The salary range for this role is $106,800 to $155,200 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
