Work with Oracles world class technology to develop, implement, and support Oracles global infrastructure.
As a member of the IT organization, assist with the analyze of existing complex programs and formulate logic for new complex internal systems. Prepare flowcharting, perform coding, and test/debug programs. Develop conversion and system implementation plans. Recommend changes to development, maintenance, and system standards.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. BS or equivalent experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems.

As partof a Oracle Global IT - Contact Center Development team, provides technicalexpertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems andprocedures that are cost effective and meet user needs. Configuressystem settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration andacceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meetbusiness specifications. Designs details of automated systems. Mayprovide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. Maylead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systemsissues.
Provide leadership and expertise in evaluating anddeveloping complex business problems, frequently operating at theleading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies major changes toexisting automated systems. BS or MS degree or equivalent experiencerelevant to functional area. Eight or more years of relatedexperience recommended.
Preferred Skill Set
Extensive experience in IVR/Call Flow development
JAVA, J2EE, IVR, VXML, DTMF, Call transfer etc.
Experience in Genesys Framework and Platform Technologies
Experience with Telephony and Networking Technologies preferred
Experience with CTI/Screen pop and Outbound campaign preferred
Experience with Genesys SDK preferred
Any scripting/development languages are a plus
Actual experience Java IDE (Integrated Development Environment) such as Eclipse
Actual experience with Waterfall and / or Agile development methodologies.
