Position is based in Overland Park KS with opportunity to work remotely as appropriate

Job Duties:

  • Manages overall strategy, solutions implementation, delivery and administration of the organization's HR data and analytics framework

  • Possesses overall accountability for data integrity, including security, quality, accuracy, timeliness and usability

  • Leverages analytics to facilitate appropriate proactive business decisions and drive overall HR and business strategy

  • Supports the development, deployment, and optimization of self-service, automated tools and dashboards to HR and business leaders around key workforce metrics (headcount, hiring, attrition, diversity, talent and succession, talent acquisition, and workforce engagement)

  • Acts as liaison and HR data champion between users, management, systems owners, and Information Technology

  • Works with Corporate regarding global HR analytics initiatives to ensure Honeywell FM&T is included as appropriate

  • Works with management and other functional areas to formulate and implement strategies

  • necessary to meet a broad range of plant-wide objectives

  • Works closely with other HR and analytics counterparts to contribute to the organization's long-term HR analytics development roadmap including strategies on how to best develop and use predictive analytics to improve business outcomes

    You Must Have:

  • Bachelors Degree

  • 7 + years of experience in HRIS or analytics

    We Value:

  • Working or advanced knowledge of enterprise reporting, visualization, or data management tools (ex. Microstrategy, Tableau, Talend, Denodo) and analytics platforms

  • Strong background in data analytics and data visualization

  • Extensive knowledge of Data and Information Management platforms (experience with HR information systems preferred)

  • Analytic thought leadership with skills for developing innovative and creative analytic solutions to complex problems

  • Strong understanding of analytics function within the organization, understanding of HR processes, programs and data

  • Demonstrated ability to manage through ambiguity and competing priorities

  • Effective project management skills; expertise in driving projects and initiatives, demonstrating benefits of projects to the organization, and translating customer and business needs into technical requirements

  • Ability to influence, engage and partner appropriately within a Corporate/Affiliate structure which is global and matrixed; inclusive of all levels within the Organization

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication and analytical skills. Strong interpersonal and collaborative work style

  • Ability to lead/drive priorities

  • Experience implementing impactful analytics

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate, identify and diagnose problems and make recommendations
