JOB SUMMARY
This is an outbound inside sales position. The position will develop and generate leads for the local sales team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively qualify new business opportunities.
Take ownership in the work.
Utilize available resources and knowledge to orchestrate the identification of the decision maker for a potential customer.
Drive revenue growth and increase market share through collaboration and strategic planning with the Local Account Executive.
Demonstrate product knowledge for Yellow.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education.
Highly skilled in verbal communications with strong written communication skills with ability to negotiate difficult situations.
Effective prospecting, presentation and closing skills.
Organization skills, attention to detail and follow-up are necessary.
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office.
WORKING CONDITIONS
This job operates in a professional office environment indoors. Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The position requires the ability to spend long hours sitting or standing while using office equipment and computers. Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as typing and keying. Occasional lifting, pushing/pulling, carrying 10 lbs of supplies and materials is required.
