Julius with Apex Systems here! We are currently looking for a senior level Engineering Technician for a local client in the Kansas City area. Please see below for more details regarding the opportunity.
Client: Black and Veatch
Title: Controls Engineer
Start Date: 8/26/2024
Contract: 6+ months
Pay Rate: \$55+/hour
Location: Houston, TX
Job Summary
-Consulting, design, full engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) and commissioning/start-up of LNG facilities, Floating LNG facilities, gas processing and NGL fractionation, gasification/ gas to liquids, hydrogen, and ammonia/fertilizers.
-The value chain spans natural gas and natural gas liquids, midstream, wholesale markets, power generation and utility segments.
-Lead Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Engineer functions as a technical specialist or in a lead role, supporting the Gas, Fuels & Chemicals business line.
-With minimal supervision, develops and applies advanced engineering techniques, concepts, and approaches to unique engineering problems.
-May delegate work to other engineering staff and provide direction and guidance to others.
