Zoom Manager, Healthcare Mid Market in Overland Park, Kansas

What you can expect

We are looking for a Manager to oversee our Mid Market Acquisition team in the Healthcare vertical. In this role, you will be managing a team of 9 Account Executives. Our Mid Market Account Executives are tenacious hunters and prospectors that create opportunities to sell Zoom Workplace. We focus on working with growing organizations with 50-500 employees within a defined geographic territory.

Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's global presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Hiring and leading a team of Account Executives to drive outbound calls, qualify leads and identify needs

  • Managing complex sales situations and sales campaigns

  • Helping team identify upsell opportunities within their accounts and additional areas where Zoom can positively impact their business

  • Meeting or exceeding team sales quotas

  • Assisting team members with client demos/presentations, quotes/proposals, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)

  • Conducting high-level conversations with C-Level and VP -Level Executives to address business needs

  • Working closely with parallel teams to streamline processes and improve workflow

  • Delivering forecasts, identifying trending opportunities/challenges and providing recommended solutions while creating satisfied customers

  • Resolving client issues in a timely and thorough manner

  • Staying informed of product line, competition and industry trends that may impact client business activities

What we’re looking for

  • Experience with Inside Sales Team Management

  • Experience as Account Executive in a Technology company

  • Have proven collaboration and relational skills

  • Experience with business forecasting, pipeline development and management skills

  • Have a proven track record of closed sales, client satisfaction & team work

  • Able to show consultative professional business acumen

  • Be detail oriented, organized, ethical, responsible & self-motivated

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM experience

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$117,500.00

Maximum:

$257,100.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
