You will be a member of the HSE and Equipment Maintenance (HSE & EM) team within Honeywell FM&T reporting to the Director of HSE & EM. Together we plan, execute and continuously improve the management operating system for our function and deliver exceptional services and programs to achieve HSE & EM objectives for our business and customers. You will be responsible for the HSE & EM Division’s process excellence initiatives including the development and execution of strategy and management operating system.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Drive HSE & EM operational excellence through an effective management operating system (MOS), strategy development and deployment, productivity improvements and process simplification projects, use of information and data analytics to facilitate data-based decisions

  • Manage and evolve the HSE & EM MOS which includes Strategy Deployment, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Quarterly Management Reviews (QMRs), Monthly Operating Reviews (MORs), Monthly Risk Reviews (ERRB/ARM), Tiered Accountability process, trimester self-assessments and other customer and internal reports related to Division-owned PEMP goals and performance objectives, customer-facing communications, and performance metric analysis and oversight

  • Partner with other business functions to provide general expertise and coaching with respect to deployment of key strategic initiatives throughout the HSE & EM Division

  • Provide consultation and proactive integration of HSE & EM continuous improvement initiatives across the organization, keeping our operations leading edge to ensure compliance with the applicable guidelines, procedures, and regulations

  • Monitor performance to plan and provide data analytics to key stakeholders to foster a culture of data-drive

  • Serve as an FM&T administrator for Honeywell Corporate’s Management System Tools (MST) software platform and work in coordination with the Corporate HSEPS and Aerospace HSE&F teams to deploy new functionality, make continuous improvements based on user feedback and ensure data quality and maintenance.

  • Lead the knowledge management strategy and execution for the function including overseeing the Portal pages and delivering effective communications on performance status, process changes and initiatives.

  • Utilize benchmarking efforts to lead development of 'Best-in-Class' HSE & EM operations practices within FM&T.

    You Must Have:

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a ""Q"" Clearance

  • Seven or more years HS&E or equivalent industrial or technical experience including management of major technical projects or programs

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Safety, Environmental Science, Facilities or related field

  • HSE compliance and Management Systems experience, such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 18001 or 9001

  • Lean Expert or Six Sigma Black belt certification or willingness to complete training with a path to certification

  • Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives with excellent project management skills

  • Demonstrated analytical, business planning and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to identify and action issues, requirements and opportunities for improvement

  • Ability to forge solid relationships and manage across a broad and dispersed business
