What you’ll be doing:

As the Manager of Inventory Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing inventory management strategies that significantly impact multiple components/processes within the organization. Your role will be pivotal in strategic and complex projects, requiring a deep understanding of inventory management, business acumen, and leadership skills.

  • Manage, lead and implement efficient inventory management systems and processes.

  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability across multiples lines of business and accounts.

  • Monitor COGs as it relates to company goals and profitability.

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives in inventory management.

  • Collaborate with other departments to align inventory strategies with overall business goals.

  • Lead team of inventory analysts in effective inventory management approaches for assigned account base.

  • Provide comprehensive reporting for use across the organization and client account base.

  • Subject matter expert available as liaison at all levels of organization as necessary

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of progressively complex experience in inventory management or related field

  • Advanced Excel skills and adaptability to organization’s technology systems

  • Experience leading cross-functional projects in a large-scale organization.

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
