What you’ll be doing:
As the Manager of Inventory Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing inventory management strategies that significantly impact multiple components/processes within the organization. Your role will be pivotal in strategic and complex projects, requiring a deep understanding of inventory management, business acumen, and leadership skills.
Manage, lead and implement efficient inventory management systems and processes.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability across multiples lines of business and accounts.
Monitor COGs as it relates to company goals and profitability.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives in inventory management.
Collaborate with other departments to align inventory strategies with overall business goals.
Lead team of inventory analysts in effective inventory management approaches for assigned account base.
Provide comprehensive reporting for use across the organization and client account base.
Subject matter expert available as liaison at all levels of organization as necessary

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of progressively complex experience in inventory management or related field
Advanced Excel skills and adaptability to organization’s technology systems
Experience leading cross-functional projects in a large-scale organization.
Bachelor’s degree in related field
