The Manager, RGM Analytics is responsible for utilizing data from numerous sources to craft strategic opportunities to drive Hill’s growth, share, and overall profitability. This position will work closely with marketing, customer teams, finance, outside vendors, and internal data scientists to “connect the dots” and further Hill’s overall priorities. This person must be a leader in identifying trends/insights and will work to manage projects from ideation, presentation, and execution of outputs. They must be able to break down complex data sets, identify opportunities to drive revenue, and also influence/gain alignment at all levels.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead overall Revenue Growth Management Analytics, including optimization of current sources/analytics and ideation/creation of new profitability workstreams

  • Showcase leadership and strong communication by influencing all levels, including Leadership, and driving cross-functional alignment

  • Work through challenges and roadmaps new workstreams independently

  • Leverage knowledge of numerous data sources to combine information and “connect the dots” to identify strategic opportunities that drive growth and profitability

  • Lead multiple projects at once, including project ideation, execution, and adoption by key stakeholders

  • Quickly and accurately provide Ad Hoc analysis where needed

  • Drive automation of work with internal/external data and also adoption of resources within broader team for self-service analytics

  • Finds ways to further support and shape Hill’s strategies and goals; leads tracking and further optimization

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 8+ years of related experience in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods), specifically in roles that require solving business problems through analytic application

  • Knowledge and technical competence in data visualization, presentation, and story telling

  • Experience in breaking down complex problems to find insights that lead to executionable business opportunities

  • Experience in leading projects from ideation all the way to execution

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in or working with crossfunctional teams (including but not limited to Finance, Data Science, and Account Management)

  • Experience in optimizing profitability, including but not limited to driving price and promotional strategies

  • 4+ years in Business Analytics

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range $125,000.00 - $165,000.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
