Marketing Manager - SAIM

What You\'ll Do

As the SAIM Marketing Manager, youll manage integrated marketing initiatives that contribute to SAIMs growth. This role requires a balance of independent execution and teamwork, focusing on lead generation, campaign management, sales support, and marketing materials development.

Core Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and refine multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, and direct) targeting leads at various stages of the funnel, ensuring effective execution and measurable results.
  • Implement and manage customer success drip campaigns to maintain engagement and retention.
  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Leverage marketing automation systems to drive initiatives, owning the process from start to finish.

Lead Generation:

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies across digital, content, and event channels to acquire qualified leads.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize key lead metrics (e.g., CAC), making data-driven decisions to maximize ROI.
  • Enhance landing pages, email funnels, and calls-to-action to boost conversions.
  • Implement and optimize automated lead nurturing workflows.

Content Marketing:

  • Manage and execute the content calendar, creating engaging content for social media posts, blogs, whitepapers, podcasts, and webinars.
  • Lead social media efforts to grow engagement and brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal experts and external partners to produce thought leadership content and secure speaking opportunities at key events.

Marketing Materials Creation and Sales Enablement:

  • Initiate the development of marketing and sales collateral, including brochures, sales sheets, product demos, tutorials, whitepapers, and presentations, collaborating with sales and shared services teams.
  • Ensure marketing materials align with brand guidelines and provide the sales team and resellers with high-quality materials that effectively communicate SAIMs value propositions.
  • Manage the distribution of marketing and sales materials, ensuring timely access for the sales team and reseller partners.
  • Continuously gather feedback and optimize materials for effectiveness.

Event Marketing:

  • Support the planning and execution of SAIM-hosted webinars, conferences, and industry events, ensuring alignment with marketing goals.
  • Coordinate event logistics and promotional activities to maximize engagement.

Growth Marketing:

  • Implement retention strategies including newsletters, product updates, and personalized content to keep customers engaged and reduce churn.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and create targeted campaigns for additional product offerings.
  • Use customer insights, feedback loops, and user data to develop personalized marketing messages that increase engagement and loyalty.
  • Partner with customer success teams to align marketing efforts with long-term customer satisfaction.

Marketing Analytics & Reporting:

  • Analyze marketing initiatives with the Director of Marketing, providing insights to drive campaign optimizations.
  • Report on key metrics to ensure transparency and effectiveness in all marketing efforts.
  • Conduct market research to identify new industry opportunities, competitive insights, and support for market expansion.

Youre an energetic marketer with a knack for balancing strategy and execution. Youre comfortable taking the initiative but also thrive in collaborative settings. You love managing proje ts independently but also know when to align with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Your Qualifications:

4 - 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or technology.

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Proven success in lead generation and campaign execution, with experience independently building campaigns.

Strong project and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Ability to analyze marketing data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Dynamics, Pipedrive) and managing workflows to support sales automations.

Experience managing a content calendar using a CMS (e.g., Loomly, HubSpot, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar platforms).

Familiarity with WordPress, LinkedIn advertising, email marketing CMS, SEO, SEM, PPC, and Google Analytics.

Proficiency in marketing automation tools and data analysis to support campaign optimization.
