Job Summary and Qualifications
The role of the Office Coordinator is to assist the department staff by providing efficient clerical and other office duties under the direction of the department supervisor, as well as the department director. The Office Coordinator provides administrative services necessary for the care of the patient, and in support of the mission of Menorah Medical Center.Unlock the possibilities in your career by joining a team that cares like family.
What you will do in this role:
You will answer the phone and greet visitors.
You will schedule and coordinate departmentmeetings and eventsincludingpreparingtheagenda andhandout packets.
You willsubmit/approvedepartment invoices and investigate problematic invoices.
You will keepdepartment andemployee filesupdated and availablein accordance withJoint Commission standards.
You willassistwith special projects and research.
What Qualifications You Will Need:
- Administrative or clerical experience in a health care setting preferred
