Actalent Project Architect in Overland Park, Kansas
Job Title: Project ArchitectJob Description
As a Project Architect, you will partner directly with the Project Manager to ensure the financial health of the project, the quality of project documents, claim prevention, team collaboration, and communication. You will lead cross-functional design disciplines in developing technical solutions, provide mentorship to other Project Architects, and possess extensive knowledge of all aspects of professional practice from schematic design through project close-out. You will work and present ideas in a team environment, as well as self-manage and self-motivate in a creative environment. Additionally, you will lead the project team in adherence to all practice standards and supervise the design and technical development of the project.
Hard Skills
Technical proficiency in the production of drawings
Comprehensive understanding of coordinating and leading design disciplines
Knowledge of professional practice from schematic design through project close-out
Soft Skills
Ability to work and present ideas in a team environment
Ability to self-manage and self-motivate in a creative environment
Leadership and mentorship skills

This is a contract position with a duration of 9 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Overland Park, Kansas.
Work Environment
The workspace includes hotel desks for those who like to move around and has been completely renovated to include more lounge areas for creativity. They operate on a hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days remote, with everyone on-site on Thursdays.
