About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to oversee logistics operations, schedule technicians, and ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience. This role requires excellent coordination skills to manage shipments, technician dispatching, and onboarding processes that set customers up for success.

Key Responsibilities:

Logistics & Technician Scheduling

  • Oversee logistics operations, including inventory management, transportation, and order fulfillment.

  • Plan and track shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and equipment.

  • Schedule technicians for on-site installation work, aligning availability and skillsets with customer requirements.

  • Communicate with vendors, carriers, technicians, and internal teams to optimize workflows.

  • Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate last-minute requests or changes in project scope.

Customer Onboarding & Support

  • Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand products, services, and timelines.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding, addressing inquiries and providing clear instructions.

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customers receive all necessary equipment and services on time.

  • Document onboarding processes, track customer progress, and identify areas for improvement.

  • Gather feedback from customers to enhance the onboarding experience and overall satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 1-3 years of experience in logistics coordination, scheduling, or customer onboarding.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in logistics management software, scheduling tools, and CRM platforms.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and process improvement mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in field service scheduling or customer success roles.

  • Knowledge of warehouse management and inventory control.

  • Familiarity with onboarding software and workflow automation tools.

  • Certification in supply chain, project management, or customer success is a plus.
