About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to oversee logistics operations, schedule technicians, and ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience. This role requires excellent coordination skills to manage shipments, technician dispatching, and onboarding processes that set customers up for success.
Key Responsibilities:
Logistics & Technician Scheduling
Oversee logistics operations, including inventory management, transportation, and order fulfillment.
Plan and track shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and equipment.
Schedule technicians for on-site installation work, aligning availability and skillsets with customer requirements.
Communicate with vendors, carriers, technicians, and internal teams to optimize workflows.
Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate last-minute requests or changes in project scope.
Customer Onboarding & Support
Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand products, services, and timelines.
Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding, addressing inquiries and providing clear instructions.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure customers receive all necessary equipment and services on time.
Document onboarding processes, track customer progress, and identify areas for improvement.
Gather feedback from customers to enhance the onboarding experience and overall satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1-3 years of experience in logistics coordination, scheduling, or customer onboarding.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in logistics management software, scheduling tools, and CRM platforms.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Strong attention to detail and process improvement mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in field service scheduling or customer success roles.
Knowledge of warehouse management and inventory control.
Familiarity with onboarding software and workflow automation tools.
Certification in supply chain, project management, or customer success is a plus.
